Deeply inspired by Plum Village's Walking Meditation, Herb Club LA invites you to join us Friday, August on a 2.5-hour sunrise silent meditation hike 3.5 mile round trip at the Gabrielino Western Trailhead

This gathering invites you to explore a reclamation of your presence and peace with every step and breath. Join us cultivating a moment of peace within community in nature.

Level of difficulty (1-10): 5 long distance (about 3 miles); some steep parts & water crossings

All ages, and dogs (on leash) are welcome.
